Jordin Tootoo needs a beating

Jordin Tootoo is a dirty hockey player who needs to pucker up and kiss a couple of punches to the face, hopefully this Saturday when the St. Louis Blues return to Nashville.

Back on Dec. 26, the Blues traveled to the Gaylord Entertainment Center, home of the homo Predators, and Tootoo put a nasty hit on Blues defenseman Christian Backman on an icing play. The whistle was going to blow as soon as Backman touched the puck. Tootoo knew it and still came in on a dirty hit after the whistle. A melee ensued, but Tootoo wasn't dealt with severly enough. Three days later Backman needed arthroscopic surgery to scope his knee. See for yourself how dirty a player he is.

Now I'm not the first one to claim Tootoo is a dirty player. TSN in Canada labeled him a bad boy of the NHL and players across the league talked about his antics as a shit disturber who crosses the line to lowdown play. And this Saturday won't be his first beating either. Even borderline NHL "talent" Reed Low (former Blue) can beat the shit out of this mighty mite-sized turd:

And anyone who defends this guy doesn't know what a clean, hard-nosed player looks like.

Call names all you want, at least the Preds will be in the playoffs this year while the Blosers stay at home again...

Adam, don't be an ass. It wasn't long ago when the Note was in the playoffs for over two (fruitless) decades and your Predleys couldn't beat us if it meant to save yourselves from getting kicked out of the league. Have a little perspective, newbie.

Toro-
Not trying to be an ass. Believe me, I was there when the Preds didn't know the net from a hole in the ground. But the Blues faithful (down here, anyway) rub me the wrong way. I don't want to generalize, but damn, y'all Blues fans here in Nashville can kiss my ass. It's almost like the opposite of the Blues fans I've met in St. Louis, who seem to have been informed, passionate, and respectful...the ones here, not so much.

Last summer I remember seeing Tootoo run Kris Beech through the glass a good three seconds after Beech had scored a goal in Game 4 of the Calder Cup Finals. It was almost a Dale-Hunter-on-Pierre-Turgeon deal, although thankfully Beech was okay.

Dirty, dirty player, that Tootoo.
